My name is Jackson McClain. I graduated from Henry County High School in May 2022 with a 4.0 GPA at 17 years old. I started attending the University of Memphis as a Sophomore in August 2022 as a Business and Information Technology major. I started at UMRF Ventures as an Identity and Access Management M1 Agent in November 2022 and was quickly promoted. I became an IAM M2 Agent in 3 months and became a Shift Lead in May 2023. In June 2023, I was promoted to the IAM Junior Ops Specialist, giving me more insight into technical applications and the systems at Raymond James Financial. I was once again promoted to IAM Supervisor in September 2023 and have stayed in that position since. This has given me much experience in the technical aspects of Identity and Access Management work as well as a multitude of applications such as SailPoint, Active Directory, and SQL. It has also given me experience with leading a team of 30 other agents and helping management with projects. I have now obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification and am currently studying for the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
