Coordinate with Project Managers and HSE Managers for the continual improvement on HSE Performance. Assistance to the top managers to frame the safety plan, safety policy and continue follow up actions regarding their enforcement. Assistance in the formation of safety committee and its smooth functioning. Inspection to locate unsafe conditions and practices. Investigating injuries. Seeing the corrective action is taken to avoid recurrences. Maintaining and analyzing the work injury and illness records. Publicizing the safety materials. Checking on company compliances with the federal, state, local regulations regarding work, safety, and health. Supervising the procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment. Checking on or aiding in safety aspects of training. Evaluate the development in the projects. Ensure Weekly/Monthly HSE Meetings in each project. Organize regular meetings with the contractor and the project stockholders. Preparing documents for tender and pre-qualification level of the projects. Review the HSE related documents. Waste water and drainage control. Spill prevention activities. Expert in Food safety management. Well experienced in oil spillage control & decontamination process at onshore fields. Analyzing the environmental impact of activities both for Project and execution phases. Preparing the Environmental processes & SOP, Legal compliance register, Environmental Impacts & Aspects register at corporate level. Monitoring, supervising and supporting all subcontractors working on the projects to solve HSE issues and ensuring work as per HSE Plan and procedure. Review & ensure the treated waste analysis reports and potable water analysis reports comply with WHO requirements and compliance with local government agencies (PME) standards. Contribute to defining the list of activities, the list of deliverables and the time schedule for the Discipline in accordance with Contract requirements.
