In my role as a Media Production Developer I help various clients from our diverse internal teams and partners with their visual storytelling projects. I consult with them to find out what digital strategy they should adopt while keeping true to the IU Health brand voice and identity. I then plan, shoot, and execute the content strategy plan to market their testimonies, products, and services.-Direct and produce video communications marketing for the President of IU Health South Central Region to highlight the corporate values of Team, Purpose, Compassion, and Excellence.-Execute content plan and live-event planning to represent the IU Health South Central Region for the viewership of our system President and CEO.-Marketing messaging and production of heart episode survivor videos for American Heart Association Go Red for Women Fundraiser from 2018-2020. -Project manage and produce video testimonials to highlight Nursing Clinical Adviser Program to be shown at an Association of Nursing Professional Development Conference in Chicago in April of 2020.

In my role at Redeemer Community Church I was a leader on the worship team directing a multi-generational team of 6 to eight people playing music and projecting media for an audience of around 200 people. I utilized content planning and project management to align the team to our objectives and create a cooperative creative environment. In this role I also utilized my video production skills to promote upcoming ministry opportunities and highlight testimonials from mission trips.-Lead worship team in established content plan and musical practice in an effort to create a positive worship environment and target group participation.-Produce video based training for Sunday School teachers on proper policies and discipline structure.-Collaborate with other creatives on visual storytelling and content planning while implementing brand voice and identity.-Produce visual storytelling to debrief the church body on 2014 mission trip to Rio De Janeiro Brazil.

In my role with Community Hospital South I partnered with the Nurse Educator to create videos that helped educate staff on policies and procedures. I planned, shot, and executed visual storytelling to market “Patient Centered Care” - a communication process to help nurses connect with the patients they are treating. - Direct and develop prompts for interviews with hospital staff.- Implement and oversee film to craft informed discussions for 130 hospital staff.- Develop training and educational film that enhance awareness of organization’s standards and regulations.

It is in this position that I was trained in customer service and team-based facilitation of our customers. I have taken these skills with me to every role I have occupied since.
