I am the founder of multiple brands / products. After years of sales, management, marketing, strategy and growth experience I am now living in Lisbon and have a focus on Impact Acceleration. Each company / project I either start, or consult to has a large focus on Impact, with values that exceed their own self interest. We live in a time where regeneration of environmental resources and social integrity are at all time importance. My work is dedicated to this pursuit, helping individuals and companies scale and navigate this new frontier of opportunity, while creating better businesses.I spent my early 20's Working for Hawthorn Football Club in Talent Management / Recruitment Analyst. I also travelled abroad for the next 3 years in 18 countries, all continents and lived in 5 major cities.Collectively, this taught me to see opportunity (even when it isn't always obvious), as well as the unique differences in circumstances, yet our remarkable similarities as humans (our need for creative expression & belonging).This led me back to Australia to build my career in the back half of my 20s. I started with the launch of Zomato Aus (after it acquired Urbanspoon for $60 million USD), then the creation Honee (our Beauty Tech Startup that has since successfully exited), as well as another stint at Zomato, when they hired my team back from a Growth Campaign.

An idea I created during the covid lockdowns of 2020. A space where people could come together and reconnect safely, creatively, collaboratively after the most isolating of times. When bringing this idea to the owners of a dying I hostel (due to the covid circumstances of no tourism) they agreed to take on the challenge to convert it, remove the beds, build a great team and have a big focus on:- Social Connection- Local Products- Innovation Acceleration- Social & Environmental ImpactWithin the physical space we had an incredible team of leaders, creators, freelances, artists, musicians, brand owners, local impact startups. Now without the space the community continues to grow, that we consider apart of our collective. By day we we're simply Coffee & CoWork, by night we we're a Bar & Events Space. We are still ever connected by the quest to do more for the great city of Lisbon, the people within it & the world around us. -
Senior ManagerZomato Feb 2019 - Oct 2019Australia*** Hired back as part of a Growth Team of 5 members ***I was hired apart of a ‘Go To Market Team’ to strategise, consult and execute on the launch of Zomato Gold. This started as a short term contract and was extended after the success of the launch to stabilise the market and enter a second phase of growth. Together we hired, trained mobilised a physical Acquisition & Account Management Team for Melbourne, while also training the Brisbane Team. We set up a 360 degree, automated digital sales funnel (for the first time at Zomato). Landing Pages, Automated Emails, Automated SMS, Backend Platform Integration, etc. Creating such a seamless flow off leads tripled the sales teams output for the same input within 5 weeks. -

In 2017, 99.8% of all bookings in the beauty industry occurred over the phone. This industry is where the restaurant industry was Back in 2010. For most venues, they handle their appointments, rosters and payments by pen and paper. 60% of these venues didn't even have a website or social presence beyond a sign out the front of their venue.There is still such a long way to go to make salons cutting edge (pun intended). We first launched an online bookings marketplace, then a SaaS product for calendar management as well as an AI smart marketing tool that automates the toughest task of a small business owner.... Retention. In 2021 we exited after 5 years pioneering the digital landscape and helping many salon owners digitise, automate and take one giant step into..... not only the future, but the present. -

I was promoted after my first year as the highest performing Key Accounts Manager, alongside extra curricular training (during & after hours) that I was conducting to help elevate others reps across other territories.Over the next 6 months we performed as the highest billing team. We had a slow start, however we stuck to the game plan, it was a different style to what had widely been accepted as 'Standard Sales Culture & Processes'. We doubled down on the philosophies of 'People love to buy, but hate to be sold to' & 'People don't care what you know, until they know how much you care'.
