Specific Responsibilities:• Develop sponsorship strategy for DocWeek• Build a strong cohort of advocates for DocWeek• Initiate develop and manage high-level partnerships with individuals and organisations from the corporate and philanthropic sectors willing to provide financial support.• 2012-2013 Managed the creative, production and printing of all collateral including 3x Program Guides, posters, banners and signage for DocWeek & AIDC.• Manage all advertising in Program Guides• Solicit in-kind requests• To build brand and confidence in DocWeek as a professional arts organisation• Manage Communications Coordinator and develop new media strategies• Work closely with Marketing Manager & Publication Manager• Develop sponsorship packages and benefits for AIDC and DocWeek• Manage all sponsorship agreements• Implement giving campaign• Apply for grants and consult with General Manager• Develop relationships with all media outlets• Manage all publicity opportunities and interviews with media• Write all media releases, articles and calendar listings. Major Achievements:• Established successful cash sponsorship with Flinders University over 3 year period (2012, 2013 and 2014)• Established successful cash sponsorship with South Australian Tourism Commission• Maintained and increased sponsorship with Discovery Networks and SBS• Secured major in-kind support • Managed the content, creative and delivery of 3 programs. (DocWeek program guide, Conference Program Guide and Industry Guide) • Managed the production and installation of banners and distribution of posters• Responsible for achieving major International and national publicity opportunities (Guardian, Week-end Australian, Lateline TV)• Developed excellent working relationships with Arts SA, Adelaide City Council, Dept. for Education and Child Development and Country Arts SA.
