Jackie Costa - Manager, Operations at MTREX Network Solutions, has over 10 years of experience in the Point of Sale (“POS”) Industry. Prior to joining MTREX, Jackie was the Finance Manager at The Phoenix Group Canada. In this role Jackie worked closely with the top North American Payment Processors and OEMs, specializing in fields such as financial analysis and reporting, product procurement, inventory management and customer service. She participated in the acquisition by Ingram Micro and stepped in to resume the responsibilities of the EVP, Finance during a period of transition. Jackie was responsible for maintaining financial statements, including working closely with internal and external financial auditors. She worked with the executive and management teams to ensure compliance standards were supported, maintained and adhered to. Jackie has strong understanding of logistics and process improvement and prides herself in being a key contributor in increasing both company productivity and efficiency, while ensuring the customers’ needs have been fully met.
