• Assists the HR team by performing a variety of secretarial duties to facilitate the efficient operation of the Human Resources Department. • Responsible for hiring each new associate and ensure required documentation is complete in each new associate file. • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with data entry of interview notes, complete new hire paperwork, schedule enrollment and orientation for new hires, and other projects assigned. • Assist new associates with complete of paperwork. Make identification badges and ensure everything is compliant with requirements. • Create orientation list and run new hire action reports. • Input all license/certifications/registrations into people for all new associates for tracking purposes. • Covers front desk responsibilities, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages to appropriate personnel • Responsible for entering information for security clearance checks; e.g. criminal records check, abuse registries, E-Verify function .

• Answer incoming telephone calls from individuals in the community and respond promptly to requests for behavioral health services. • Work to link patients to the most appropriate service(s) within and outside St Elizabeth. • Knowledgeable of community resources to inform and help guide patient to an agency that may fit their needs/wants, if our services are not what they are seeking. • Complete initial screening referral questions and schedule individual with one of forty plus behavioral health providers. Schedule patients with appropriate provider based off service patient is seeking (therapy/medication/psychological testing), provider preferences, and specialties. • Complete 50-100 outbound calls to patients that are referred by any St Elizabeth physician that places a referral to behavioral health services. • Provide great positive customer service in high volume call center. • Provide crisis intervention services. • Inform and provide patient intake paperwork needed to be completed and returned prior to intake appointment. • Assist in training new members of the intake team and being available to answer any questions/concerns a new member may have. Ensuring the new member is aware of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with the role.

• Answer telephone calls from individuals in the community and respond promptly to requests for NorthKey services. • Work to link applicants to the most appropriate service(s) within and outside the of Northkey. • Completing initial screening referral questions and scheduling individual at one of the eight NorthKey locations. • Providing great positive customer service in high volume call center. • Provide crisis intervention services. • Present inpatient referral information to a member of the Attending Staff and to the Coordinator of Social Services as needed for assistance and direction.• Complete inpatient admissions, preparing necessary paperwork, and providing families and patients with brief hospital information. • Prepare financial information and send to appropriate personnel. • Assist in training new members of the intake team and being available to answer any questions/concerns a new member may have. Ensuring the new member is aware of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with the role.
