In my current role as the Senior Director and Head of HR, India Global Capabilities Centers at Transunion, I'm responsible for integrating and nurturing TransUnion's values and beliefs that enable an inclusive one-team culture. This involves all aspects of HR in the flagship GCC, including recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, associate relations, and training in the region.
