My responsibilities included:Marketing Management: Overhauling and implementing a new marketing plan that focused on how digital marketing can greatly benefit a B2B business. This included the solo creation of a new social media page, an email campaign via Mailchimp, and multiple visual and copy improvements to the website. Copywriting: Writing copy for a variety of business needs, including but not limited to: Creative social media posts, scripts for YouTube videos, website updates, and company COVID-19 statements. As a result of single-handedly revitalizing marketing operations, I have gained further experience in the management of multiple tasks, conceiving and monitoring company KPI's, and industry/customer research.
