Throughout the year, the IU Auditorium hosts many shows ranging from Annie to Yo-Yo Ma. To help run these shows, the auditorium gets student volunteers to create a better environment for the guests that come to see the shows. As a Seating Facilitator, I help student volunteers and managers understand how to seat guests efficiently and effectively and how to make guests at the auditorium feel welcome.-Lead all seating operations for up to 3200 guests at the Auditorium by creating nightly plans based on policies, communications with other facilitators, and the number of managers and ushers present-Supervise 5 managers and 30+ ushers by communicating directions, seating policies, and answering questions to maximize efficiency for Auditorium staff, patrons, and production companies

-Facilitated a welcoming environment for patrons, volunteers, production companies, and staff to motivate them to return to the Auditorium in the future-Managed Auditorium services like concessions, merchandise, hospitality, and complimentary shuttles to facilitate a better guest experience

-Welcomed hundreds of guests happily with a smile-Directed and seat guests efficiently while providing information about the theater/show-Answered any questions or concerns the guests have

-Planned an event to educate and inspire 300 employees to share benefits of residential energy efficiency products with friends and neighbors-Created job aids and marketing materials for the sales team for a new product launch-Assisted sales team with on-site calls to inform and sell our energy waste reduction, general interruptible, demand response, and large customer renewable energy programs to customers-Audited 146 entries in customer database to match contracts, ensuring no legal issues arise

-Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data from 231 young women in East Africa undergoing leadership training to measure program success using R and Excel-Produced and presented a 16-page report to program leaders and faculty which summarized program results and provided justification for continued funding and program expansion-Recommended changes to survey methodology and provided a template analysis plan to improve future program evaluation accuracy

Rolling Hills Water Park is a county water park with water slides, a lazy river, and wave pool. Being a water park attendant means being proactive to keep customers safe and happy.-Staffed water park attractions to ensure customer safety and satisfaction-Answered customer questions and solved customer concerns-Selected as employee of the July 12-26 pay period (from over 30 employees)

Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant that serves noodle dishes, soups, and salads. Working as a team member means doing different tasks to fulfill customers' needs while upholding Noodles & Company's mission and values.-Prepared delicious noodle dishes for customers. -Unloaded, sorted, and stored supplies from the delivery truck.-Cleaned and sanitized bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, and walk-in freezer
