Job Summary – Assistant Operations ManagerThe Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating the operations for the Florida Division of CBBC. CBBC FL divisions staff over 175 employees.Responsibilities:1. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.2. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Delegate tasks and accountability.3. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.4. Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory.5. Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements (KPI). 6. Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.7. Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
