POSITION PURPOSESales Specialists support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Sales Specialists support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. Sales Specialists interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their needs, locating merchandise, providing information on products and services, and making purchasing recommendations. Sales Specialists support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels and performing light pack down and pack out activities as needed. Sales Specialists support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring products are displayed and signed, cleaning shelves, and removing debris from aisles and showrooms to promote a shopping environment that is appealing. By supporting these three priorities, Sales Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals. Technical interns at Dixon Place work in all aspects of production – from load-in, to running shows, and load-out. After training, interns run shows independently – operating state-of-the-art lighting (ION ETC) and sound consoles(Yamaha LS9). Interns work directly with artists and the production staff, assisting in the technical needs of nightly performances.Responsibilities include working directly with the Technical Director, communicating with artists to understand their technical needs, and running lighting, sound and video for nightly performances.

Media Department of a summer day camp attended by 1000 campers aged 4 to 16. Responsible for the “Computer Room”, a scheduled activity for campers. Maintained and troubleshooted the computers as well as software maintenance and basic networking. Assisted in daily up keep of the camp's Radio Station. Set up an online stream for parents to listen in to the station live. Hosted a radio show when as needed. Helped campers with their “radio elective” at the station, where campers would host shows, speak on air, choose the music to be played and learn how the station functioned. Responsible for setting up electronic systems daily; such as wireless speakers, microphones and lighting as needed. Responsible for filming the daily content of the camp’s social media outlets, including the camp’s webpage and YouTube channel. Acted as a secondary photographer during special camp events

Developed and delivered a rocketry program appropriate for the age and ability of the campers. Required to maintain shop area and tools and keep inventory. Ensured that campers and staff follow safety procedures.Conducted a daily check of the area and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and good repair.

Responsible for the health, well-being and happiness of 20 campers living in a bunk in a traditional overnight camp. Guided campers to participate successfully in all aspects of camp activities.
