Establish and lead a team of pharmacy technicians who operate pharmacy multidose automation. Train team members in the safe operation of the automation. Nurture customer relationships by addressing their questions and concerns or completing special requests. Answer emails in a timely manner and use Microsoft Excel. Coordinate with other members of the leadership team to ensure timely delivery of the multidose packaging. Identify issues with the automation, when possible, make repairs to the automation. Maintain the product database in the automation software. Make adjustments in the automation software to increase automation efficiency while decreasing error rates. Routinely examine the workflow environment and when necessary, make changes that create a better work environment for the technicians. Create and implement logs for automation maintenance, daily/weekly/monthly workloads, safety, training.

Lead a team of pharmacy technicians tasked with fulfilling prescriptions orders prior to a nightly deadline. Identify areas of need and allocate resources to complete tasks. Aseptic compounding, non-sterile compounding.

Customer Service. Accurately enter written, faxed, electronic prescriptions into pharmacy software. Handle answering customer questions and concerns.
