As Sales Operations Supervisor, I am directly responsible for driving revenue by identifying gaps in current business processes, and improving operational efficiencies it is my duty to: • Gather and analyze data on sales metrics to identify potential opportunities and areas of risk using CRM.• Assess and determine the bottom-line impact of decisions related to negative gross margin order strategy, accounts in arrears, freight/price adjustments, and product returns in order to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness. • Partner with the contract negotiation team to set strategic pricing structures for customers.• Coach account managers on compensation breakdowns and incentives, time-off requests, ERP/CRM system use, internal/external etiquette, and code of conduct. • Provide 1-on-1 guidance to account managers to focus on areas of improvement.• Develop trusted cross-departmental partnerships in credit, logistics, bid desk, web editor, and customer service teams in order to provide efficient operational support to my regional account managers.
