In 2015 moved to North Georgia and began to work for one of the most profitable poultry processing companies in Mar-Jac Poultry in the poultry Capitol of the world, Gainesville, GA. Mar-Jac Poultry, according to AgriStats is pinnacle of the poultry processing field in profitability. In August of 2015, started as a first processing, evisceration supervisor. After excelling in first processing I began supervising in the debone department as of January 1, 2018. In 2021 I also supervised shipping and receiving departments and managed inventory control. As of April 2022 I accepted the position of Operations Manager at Eskimo Cold Storage. Overseeing day to day operations on all aspects, managing personnel, scheduling, logistics and customer relations.
