I started my career with Trade Management as an admin. At the start of my career here business thrived so much so that the other recruiters were unable to keep up with all of the incoming calls I took the initiative to listen in on what was being said and decided to help out to the best of my ability! After studying all skilled trades and learning the industry I felt confident enough to start booking my own interviews! I worked 2 years as an Admin/Jr Recruiter than was promoted to traveling recruiter where I assisted in all offices around the country! After A year of traveling from office to office I was again promoted to a Full Recruitment position! As a Recruiter - I split the boss position of 300+ employees with the 3 other members of the recruitment staff. I was in charge of hiring and firing as needed. My duties were but not limited to- Deciphering work orders to place the best ads possible. - Posting ads using indeed and zip recruit (Indeed certified) - Finding Candidates (Great Recruiter Certified)- Setting Interviews - Interviewing
