Educator with over 9 years of experience teaching students of diverse backgrounds, linguistic heritages, and cultures both in private institutes abroad and in the U.S. public school system.My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student deserves access to an inclusive, equitable learning environment. I see education as a fundamental human right that equips students to become informed, engaged members of a diverse global society. My teaching focuses on cultural responsiveness, recognizing the importance of valuing each student’s unique identity, language, and background. I aim to decenter dominant narratives and create space for marginalized voices. I build strong relationships with students, designing lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the world. I believe schools must play an active role in advancing social justice and empowering students to become agents of change. By centering equity and inclusion, I strive to create a classroom where all students can thrive, explore their potential, and contribute meaningfully to a more just and inclusive society.
