Currently serving as an analyst on the MIS team working closely with clients inside Asset Management and other lines of business to ensure the veracity of large financial adjustments. Oversee the consolidation and submission of monthly client general ledger adjustments to our financial data warehouse and lead in both requirements gathering and development of several previously manual reports to enhance operational efficiencies. Also spend time taking on additional side projects; one such example includes the automation of the ledger adjustment process. Identified an opportunity to improve the business using a technology with which I had no previous experience.

Utilized software tools such as Microsoft Excel and EPIC systems to extract specific patient data to be used in population health analysis. Led and developed the Patient Assessment program interacting with physicians and other key stakeholders to improve future care of chronic patients. Generated weekly reports to management focusing on the progress of form completion. When not performing core tasks, time is spent aiding in the research and analysis of population health data alongside primary care physicians.
