Hello there and welcome,My name is Jake Smith and I am currently employed at Quik trip corporations where customer service is second to none. I am hard worker who loves to tackle the most complex projects and issues and simplify or completely resolve them. I am always willing to take on the unwanted or harder tasks to truly test myself in the workplace and to prove myself to others. Although most would say that I do most things not for myself but for the betterment of those around me.I am an experienced customer service representative with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry amongst many others. I am very skilled in Customer Service, Sales, Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Microsoft Office. Strong support professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. I have taken part in many wonderful things throughout my college career in order to further my understanding of business and leadership. One of my fondest accomplishments would have to be my participation in the study abroad course, International Business Management in Barcelona Spain. This course took place in May of 2018 and I was able to dive much deeper into international economics than I had ever hoped. I love the challenge of new things and ideas and if you ask around I always face them head on.
