I've learned from many jobs from my first job when I was 15-16 installing sprinkler systems I learned how to communicate with people, how to work for what I want in life. To my second job when I was 17-18 starting out as a cook to then running the catering jobs and being a keyholder I learned responsibility. From my jobs in between the second and the most recent being a warehouse manager all those little jobs got me to where I am today and the skills that I have today are from learning all over from many different areas. all those jobs helped me become a good manager knowing what it's like with my employees, so they know themselves I'm not just a guy that sits at a desk I'm one who's been where they are, and I understand their struggles and they understand that I'm there to help them and the company keep moving forward. At CarMax within my first year, they were already considering manager training for me even though I had just started in the company, Reidy medical saw the same in me I started out as a driver and within a few months the talks of management were already happening and then I got it and became a manager with less than a year at a company at 22 years old. I always do my best to try and move forward, wither its career or in life. Being that way taught me how to learn everything quickly and efficiently resulting in success for myself and the company. Outside of doing my best I also try and form great relationships with my peers I feel work shouldn't make you dreadful to be there, I've been in that kind of environment and seen the turnaround on employees firsthand and in my opinion that hurts the company more than anything if you can't have loyal employees doing their best to make the company the best. It's all about Culture inside the workplace for me.
