After completing my Culinary Internship, I now work at The Grand America Hotel as a line cook in the main kitchen helping to prepare food for In Room Dining guests as well as the Garden Café. I have worked in the Banquets kitchen as well as Bakery. I work closely with all the chefs to help prepare all courses for lunch and dinner service as well as specialty items served all day long in any of the outlets at The Grand America Hotel. In December of 2016 I was promoted to Chef De Partie.
