Chinatown Adventure (CHAD) is a fully licensed day camp that provides 6 weeks of summer programming for 70 low-income youth in Boston’s Chinatown• Reestablished feedback systems, rectified overdue planning, and rekindled staff communication for team of 16 college-enrolled and high school-enrolled counselors to provide direction and vision to program• Coached 9 high-school enrolled counselors on planning, improving attention to detail, and collaboration, resulting in the organization and running of camp-wide field day, science olympiad, and final performances • Leveraged language proficiencies of staff and community partners to mediate significant English-Chinese language barriers

Full Time Support (FTS) provides logistical and personnel support to all 12 of PBHA’s summer youth outreach programs throughout Greater Boston• Coordinated the purchasing of $6,000 worth of supplies and provided seamless distribution to all 12 programs• Developed and conducted training program for directors to run an overnight camping trip for 200+ participants, ensuring core competencies in participant safety and outdoor education• Took on additional responsibilities directing CHAD to ensure program success after personnel departure

The South Boston Outreach Summer (SBOS) is a fully licensed day camp that provides 6 weeks summer programming for 50 low-income youth in South Boston• Reimplemented the first fully in-person iteration of SBOS since the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining an 85% average weekly attendance and only a 5% attrition rate through consistent communication with families, counselors, and campers• Designed and implemented pre-camp training, continuous feedback and accountability systems, curriculum standards, and safety procedures for staff of 5 college-enrolled counselors and 6 high school-enrolled counselors• Collected and validated participant data using Salesforce CRM to support PBHA program evaluation initiatives• Coordinated site partnerships and outreach events by building relationships with local schools and community organizations
