In this position, I am responsible for managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Being the principal technical advisor and product advocate for Extreme in Georgia and Alabama, I am responsible for many different parts of the sales process. I have to identify and mitigating all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure customer satisfaction. I work on removing any technical roadblocks to keep the sales process moving forward. I am responsible for responding to the functional and technical elements of RFPs and for development and delivery of product demonstrations. When needed, I am also responsible for providing Proof of Concept evaluations for customers.

Design, analyze, and troubleshoot 802.11 WLANs. I worked as a contractor for a VOIP company in a hospital setting. In this position, I would survey the hospital's wi-fi and optimize the network for VOIP. I would then go over my findings with the stakeholders and write up a report. I also occasionally designed and analyze wireless network in other environments.
