Responsibilities include: Project Management, Supervisory, Customer Service/Account Management. In this role I manage a team of specialists who service our Service Agreement customer base. My portfolio includes many critical facilities that include data centers and hospitals, as well as a very large school district. Many of these accounts I was a specialist for previously. Smaller projects that come in from these sites are project managed/supervised by me and executed by my employees. I am responsible for maintaining the Service Agreements as well as making sure they are fulfilled to the satisfaction of our customers.

Maintained a portfolio that included many critical facilities, from a service standpoint. In my role I made sure the BMS was operating to its fullest potential by tuning PID loops, optimizing trending, software patching, and alarm customization. I was also responsible for programming changes as well graphics changes including the creation of custom dashboards/summary pages.

I currently build/upgrade/maintain various small business networks. Most of my clients purchase bulk hours from Geek Squad and then deal directly with me via phone, email, or text. I manage my own schedule and clients. I have the capability to build a network from the wiring up to the server!

Managed delivery driver's routes.

Responsible for $250k machines that cut metal into various parts. These parts sometimes had tolerances of 1/1000 of an inch. I was responsible for measuring and calibrating the machine as the cutters wore down. I was also responsible for around 3 other employees in double checking their parts and adjusting the machine's settings.
