In this call center position, my main focus was to maintain customer satisfaction. I was responsible for taking calls from customers, and assisting them with any issues or questions they might have regarding their accounts or any products they were interested in that the bank offered. I was able to learn a lot about communication and the importance of the customer to a business while in this role.
