Developed, recruited for, and implemented the inaugural Tobin Board Leadership Program, providing core competencies training, networking and mentorship opportunities for current and aspiring board members from across the Jewish community of Southern Arizona. In its first year, the program had 19 participants representing 9 different nonprofit organizations. Relaunched the Young Leadership program at Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona, providing leadership and philanthropic development opportunities for adults aged 25-45 in Southern Arizona. Developed the proposal for the Connect.JewishTucson.org website, designed to provide a platform for individuals in the Jewish community to find, share, and create opportunities to engage with each other. Worked with our vendor to develop the site and its engagement strategy. Presented the site to executives and board chairs, securing 13 institutional partnerships.
