Even from my military days, it was obvious that a leader is a force that cannot be stopped and great leaders know how to create positive change within others and within themselves. In my position, I'm fortunate enough to be able to grow others as a leader and board member of several organizations, and also through the products that I fully believe in which connects me to successful and confident Traders throughout the globe. As the top executive for an international holding company that is a distinguished financial powerhouse that unites multiple facets of the trading world under one umbrella, I've learned some invaluable truths which serve as beacons in guiding my priorities and efforts as a leader. These truths are:- Success is not a fantasy, it is a formula. - An idea not coupled with action is not worth the brain cell it sits on.- What doesn't get monitored, doesn't get done.- We cannot get into the dilemma of the square ham where we simply choose to do things one way because it is always been done that way. Not questioning what we are doing is a great way to thwart innovation and progress. Once we get into our comfort zones, we enter mediocrity in business.
