• Designed, sourced, and launched a line of USA-made, sustainable stationery products with two co-founders. Ran the business for 7 years before exiting through an acquisition by Roaring Spring Paper Products. • Led project management, weekly meetings, and partner communication using scrum and agile methodologies.• Ran a fully-funded Kickstarter campaign; launched seven products; generated $150k in annual ecommerce revenue; and funded the planting of over 8.5k trees.

• Designed and developed over 50 products with six pending or granted patents. • Led design and development for Catch Co's first two soft goods products. Responsibilities included vendor sourcing, user research, concept design, color design, tech pack creation, vendor and consultant communication, field testing, and cost analysis. • Communicated daily with Asian vendors to align on timelines, costs, prototyping, and engineering. Traveled to China for product iterations and vendor negotiations.• Developed the brand language for three new OEM brands. Served as Creative Lead for our fishing lure category to ensure other designers’ adherence to brand languages, development process, and DFM standards.

• Collaborated with students and researchers in Northwestern’s machine shop to design, prototype, and build solutions to complex engineering problems.• Gained first-hand manufacturing experience with injection molding, CNC machining, metrology, laser cutting, sewing, woodworking, vacuum forming, and other methods.

• Created scenery for Northwestern's main-stage productions using advanced woodworking and metalworking techniques.• Assisted in the interpretation of artist models into buildable set pieces.
