To assist the Kids On The Move (KTOM) childerns pastor in fulfilling the vision, mission, and values of Life Center North in and through effectively leading and overseeing the Children’s Ministry.Responsibility: A. Ministry Vision and Program Development.Continually casts, evaluates, and implements a dynamic KOTM vision that is continually and progressively growing in scope, depth, and creativity. B. Pastor-Servant.-Provides pastoral care for KOTM volunteers, children, youth, and their parents.C. Recruiting and Staffing- Ensures that KOTM elementary departments are adequately staffed with called, committed, capable leaders and well appreciated volunteers. D Administration and Organization.-Assists the KOTM pastor with oversight of the KOTM budgetF.
