-Took the initiative and automated the departments Dell device warranty expiration date lookup process by developing a Python script. Boosted productivity by saving countless hours and was nominated for and received an OIT Divisional SPOT Award which included an Amazon gift card. Wrote out documentation for how to use the script on work computers, the script was used to fill in numerous department inventory spreadsheets and will continue to be used by future OIT employees.-Customer support role, solved user tickets that included PC setups with PXE and windows autopilot, PC wipes, helped solve login issues, docking station problems, driver issues and provided ad hoc training and created documentation. Accomplish this work utilizing Active Directory Users and Computers, Bomgar, BigFix and ServiceNow

- Wrote a custom package and sensor script, both in PowerShell to help customers control and gain visibility into their computer environment. The scripts will be considered to be added to the Tanium platform for customer use after Quality Assurance testing.- Completed an intensive internal training program and passed the Tanium Certified Operator certification test. Used this knowledge to assist peers with customer tickets through pre-call research and testing and live troubleshooting.- Utilized Hyper V to create a Tanium All in One server and connected VMs to the server to mimic a customer environment while using Windows Server 2022 and ADDS as the domain controller. Also connected VMs to a Tanium Cloud instance to mimic customer cloud environments.
