Client Services Specialist
Current- Interact with clients and internal team to ensure optimal customer experience through effective management of contracts, logistics, seller relations, and buyer communications.
- Inside sales: interface with clients daily to set/fulfill expectations, connect sellers to specialists, and schedule appointments
- Improve processes for information management; reduce duplicate entries in database and CRM systems; develop forms for tracking and reporting
- Invoice, track and report on new revenue generated by field agents
- Manage online and print marketing programs including content updates via online channels and email marketing platforms, company website, and industry sites; create, place advertising
- Coordinate outside services and vendors, including printers, transportation, donations
