I empowered my students to begin their college education before even leaving our high school. Teaching Composition and Public Speaking for Barton was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career, and I'm thankful for the opportunity!

After having taught as many as seven different courses at one time (including electives), I focused my attention on three English classes I teach each morning. My afternoons were filled with technology integration and staff development as we realize the final phase of our 1:1 iPad implementation.

I am so thankful to have worked with so many talented students, speakers, and performers during my tenure as debate and forensics coach at EHS. Every trophy in my classroom and banner in the gym represents time, hard work, and dedication...and even more special memories that I'll never forget.
