A lot of focus is put on streamlining implementation tasks and providing automation of processes and technologies available where possible. This is done to ensure that projects can be completed in the quickest time possible, resulting in improved capacity and lower costs to clients. I am also fulfilling the senior project manager role, overseeing technical capabilities of solutions and ensuring that projects are completed within the allotted time frames and budget. I am responsible for research and design into new solutions that can add benefit to the solutions that we offer. These are developed on best-suited platforms and normally integrates with MS SQL databases. Most of our solutions make use of OPC technology as a communication protocol. A significant portion of my work involves dealing with clients and understanding their needs. I consider myself an expert in this area and have provided various solutions to clients that have exceeded their expectations.I play a integral role in the company's development and growth to achieve the business goals and objectives set by the company.
