I worked for 35 years in a variety of Senior Management posts in public, voluntary and private sector housing. I then became involved in the family catering business started by my son Scott McCormick in 2002. The business started from small beginnings as Kensingtons Catering and then acquired BookaBuffet.com and recently has changed its trading name to Its All Food Kitchen & Bakery.Along the way the business acquired the Handmade Meringue Company which is part of the catering company and I am now responsible for running the meringue business.Its All Food is one of the major caterers in the Glasgow Business market and is steadily growing and developing into new areas of operation.
