Jacqueline Muniz is an accomplished communications professional with over 20 years of demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation to closeout in the health and human services sector. As Director of Communications for the National Center on Parent, Family, and Community Engagement, Muniz led the development and implementation of the center’s communication and dissemination strategy. Her project management expertise led to, among other accomplishments, the completion and dissemination of one of the most anticipated and successful interactive learning series for the Office of Head Start: Supporting Children and Families Experiencing Homelessness, available in two languages. Muniz also collaborated with the Office of Head Start to develop a multi-channeled approach to marketing and disseminating this series to primary audiences through digital, in-person, and print channels. In 2020 alone, the online learning series received more than 51,000 visits, 24,000 unique visits, and over 10,000 downloads of completion certificates.
