Planned, developed, and implemented the communications and dissemination strategy to ensure the creation and delivery of content and services to primary audiences in line with the center's work plan. Over the five-year grant cycle, over 300 resources and materials, 64 national webinars, and 25 regional webinars were disseminated. Prepared and delivered the Brazelton Touchpoints™ training programs and selected workshops to audiences of multi-disciplinary providers as part of a Brazelton Touchpoints Center® national training team. The training programs included Touchpoints Individual Level Training, Early Care and Child Education, and select advanced workshops.

Developed and implemented strategic plans for evidence-based program models and professional development initiatives, including the Brazelton Touchpoints™ and Infant Mental Health training initiatives and three components of The Incredible Years® Parenting Series in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Collaborated with leadership and internal systems staff to assess the impact of Touchpoints™ and Infant Mental Health initiatives at the community level. Utilized the data to modify and enhance community-level strategic implementation plans.Produced, wrote, and hosted the award-winning Positive Parenting Today, Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County’s local parenting program, which aired for two years on PBC-TV 20, The Education Network, and government municipalities’ local programming channels throughout Palm Beach County.

Led a team of 15 multi-disciplinary Brazelton Touchpoints™, Infant Mental Health Trainers, and The Incredible Years, ® Group Leaders, by promoting a shared vision and an environment of trust, open communication, mutual respect, teamwork, and innovation.

Developed and implemented strategic plans for the Parenting Matters Initiative, which included a county-wide public information campaign and the ABC affiliate’s (WPBF-TV 25), 2003 Taking the Lead: Raising Children Raises Questions, a one-hour prime-time parenting special.Planned, implemented, and managed all activities for the annual Week of the Young Child, from 2003 through 2005. Events included six children’s concerts for subsidized child care centers attended by over 1,000 pre-kindergarten children each year; 2003 Touchpoints™ National Seminar Series.Planned and managed activities for the 2005 Brazelton conference, Touchpoints™: Building Partnerships Around Families, attended by 451 professionals and 61 pediatricians and nurse practitioners. Coordinated a four week, a back-to-school awareness campaign for the Mentor Center of PBC to target African-American mentors, including the development of television and radio commercials, a media buy, and value-added opportunities including radio and television interviews.
