I am committed to fostering environments where employees can grow and succeed. My journey in learning and development began as an educator. I spent 13 years as a teacher before transitioning from the classroom to empower adults to learn and grow professionally. My time in the classroom helped me develop the skills that make me successful today, including leadership, curriculum design, effective communication, time management, and understanding diverse learning needs. I also have a deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles, enabling me to create impactful learning programs that drive growth.In my current role, I oversee both training and development, as well as office operations. This dual role allows me to bring together strategic initiatives and operational efficiency, ensuring that both people and processes succeed. I approach every challenge with a focus on aligning learning objectives with business goals, ensuring that the training I develop not only enhances individual performance but also contributes to the overall success of the company. My years of experience in curriculum design enable me to craft targeted training programs that meet the specific needs of the organization, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of growth and high performance.Continuous improvement and professional growth are at the core of what I do. I’m currently pursuing an MBA from Central Michigan University with an emphasis in HR Management and a Strategic Leadership & Management certificate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
