I manage operating room suite and content to support surgery orientations at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) Centegra Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital Simulation Lab. I collaborate with Chicago Medical School and 50+ affiliated clinical sites to identify and address individual needs and concerns. I provide support in securing physician faculty appointments/credentialing.I actively serve as a “Lead Instructor” for Surgery Clerkship Orientation Program. I utilize outstanding communication and analytical skills to instruct students regarding optimal surgery preparation process, such as scrubbing, gloving, essential perioperative techniques, and operating room etiquette.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:• I synchronized with an affiliated hospital to ensure uninterrupted rotation of students and enable the delivery of programs by turning around the dropout results.• I shifted onboarding and compliance accountability to the students, which improved compliance and established a benchmark for multiple institutions.• I headed affiliation agreements, Clinical Affiliation Agreement Metric (CAAM), and State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) data collection process.
