Assist teachers with students and activities. Help 8 teachers with in house errands outside of their classes to keep them in ratio. Prepare lunches for 80+ children.

I answer multi-line phone in a call center environment, approximately 700 calls per day. Part of my responsibilities included setting and cancelling patient appointments. I entered patient information into electronic medical records and contact doctors for urgent calls. While on calls, I would constantly alpha/numeric paging doctors for the hospitals, patients and administration. I trained new employees and employees from other departments. I learned medical terminology and type 65 wpm.

Processed credit card orders for parts, equipment, and supplies from a multi-line queue. Technical support advising physicians and their staff for problems with medical equipment. Alpha dispatched repair requests to field service engineers. Trained incoming employees and coached customer service representatives. Participate in policy setting and changing strategies and created documentation. Coordinated in-house repair of medical equipment via fax throughout the USA. Responsible for tracking and maintaining various daily reports . Published weekly vacation / training schedules/completed time cards for 55 field service reps in 50 states
