Jacquie is a senior wildlife ecologist and project manager specializing in aquatic ecology, rare/endangered wildlife surveys, construction monitoring, and solar development projects. She was the lead site coordinator for biological compliance during construction and currently during operations of a large solar farm in eastern San Luis Obispo County. Jacquie has extensive experience with special-status species, including giant kangaroo rat, San Joaquin kit fox, San Joaquin antelope squirrel, and blunt-nosed leopard lizard. In addition, Jacquie is permitted under a federal permit to conduct vernal pool branchiopod surveys, California red-legged frog surveys, and aquatic surveys for California tiger salamander. She is well versed in data analysis, long term monitoring, and scientific and technical report preparation.
