• Monitoring and responding to alarms received on various Vehicle Tracking programs including Orchid, Mtrack Fleet, E.T.S, Neotrack, Raptor and many more. • Capturing of Points of Interest on Tracking platforms • Assisting technicians with repairs and new installations of tracking units. Testing of units once work is completed • Upon client request monitoring vehicles to ensure they do not deviate from routes • Update on a daily basis and submit delivery performance matrix to superior. • Supervising of staff and operations when Team leader is out of office • Liaising with recovery agents and assisting with vehicle recoveries, sending updated positions, Recommended search areas, Hotspots etc. • Responsible for the Fuel Management of Ngululu Bulk Carriers.Administration• Compile and submit reports relating to recoveries of stolen vehicles and/or merchandise. • Daily entering of information relating to operations in the OB book. • All other administration duties pertaining to operations.Fuel Management for Ngululu Bulk Carriers. • Providing Diesel Orders for drivers. • Checking for irregularities regarding vehicle ODO reading, Location and fuel usage. • Compiling and sending Fuel usage reports. • Maintaining contact with fleet controllers. • Reporting suspected diesel theft to management Client Liaison • Build and maintain professional relationships with the clients. • Ensuring that client requirements are communicated and understood at all levels of the operations. • Submit vehicle tracking report on a daily basis to the client if requested.
