As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. My goal is to help a fellow Veteran make the right connection which to me can make all the difference in the world.Project Transition USA is an organization dedicated to helping transitioning military veterans & their families find meaningful and rewarding civilian careers. - Created publications such as informational brochures, mental health resource guides, and presentations utilized by the MacDill community to assist a base population of more than 215,000 Department of Defense beneficiaries throughout the greater Tampa area.- Developed Substance Abuse and Disaster Mental Health presentation material utilized on installation wide education presentations. - Cultivated relationships with installation members and employees during outreach events to promote resiliency and boost morale. - Conducted initial basic assessment procedures including clinical interviewing, mental status examinations, psychological and nursing assessment.- Coordinated with appropriate agencies regarding specified care, treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and administrative functions.- Assisted medical providers in identifying mental health and nursing diagnoses, treatments, patient education, and disposition planning.- Established priorities based on knowledge of interchangeable skills among assigned team members. - Documented observations, interventions, and concerns in patient charts and electronic systems sustaining continuum of care from admission to discharge.- Critical oversight of infection control program conducting monthly briefings educating 39 staff with 100% compliance.- Accelerated patients access to medical records by implementing a new Release of Information operations.- Optimized daily clinic meeting operations by implementing a centralized daily operation agenda for clinic staff.- Assumed responsibility for creation of four individualized calendars monthly.

- Opened/closed store weekly, including cash drawer responsibilities and fulfilling extensive opening/closing checklists. -Assisted in the facilitation of customer sales, provided customer assistance, and responded to inquiries. -Recommended promotional items to increase sales revenues and actualize sales techniques to achieve set sales.

- Performed sales duties in a busy fast-food restaurant, including POS, opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, facing, and extensive product knowledge. - Promoted customer loyalty and consistent sales by delivering friendly service and knowledgeable assistance. - Maintained high sense of urgency during high-volume hours.
