Throughout my formative years, I discovered a deep passion for communication and nurturing connections. At the age of 17, I embarked on my first job as a soccer coach for children, where I unexpectedly found joy in socializing and caring for young minds. Engaging with parents and collaborating with colleagues quickly became the highlight of my daily routine.Transitioning into retail, with a focus on customer service, and later into the restaurant industry, further enriched my interpersonal skills. Each role allowed me to cultivate my innate ability to connect with people on a personal level. Being a dependable support for others and brightening someone's day became second nature to me.I firmly believe that finding fulfillment in what you do is paramount. For me, fostering kindness in the workplace is not just a philosophy but a way of life.
