Production and development-• Provide patternmaking and fitting expertise to the team and follow through with local and overseas vendors• Provide technical recommendations and alternative solutions to design staff to achieve design concepts, category initiatives, as well as costing and production efficiency• Develops Technical Packages including graded specifications, construction details, detailed sketches and completed Bill of Materials• Evaluates all prototypes/patterns for size, grading, fit and constructionManagement-• Aid in problem solving for fittings, ensuring all needed information is collected in a timely manner• Organize workflow within the department based on delivery and production time and action calendar.• Attends all Product Relevant Meetings, participates and provides information for senior leadership• Lead process improvements as related to fit/pattern/construction• Teach and aid technical designers in pattern corrections as needed

• Attend fittings for both sample and production garments and perform necessary corrections as a result of fitting • Identifies problems and opportunities, makes recommendations and takes a leadership role with the implementation of solutions • Maintain all standards in regard to grading, construction, how-to-measure, and other procedures• Actively collaborate with designer , pattern maker, Tech designer, quality control staff, and product development department• Ensure adherence to product development calendar• Track status and monitor on-time delivery of protos and SRS• Attend Concept, Proto Review and Adoption meetings
