A core team member of Collective Focus, I am supportive to innovative leaders within the organization by offering assistance with administrative organizing, outreach, strategy, setting KPIs, event coordinating, and mediating. I assembled and now manage a hiring and on-boarding team and a committee for NPF related requirements. Through these teams, we provide guidance, leadership, and ways to better meet the needs of the organization and most importantly, the community in which we serve.

Workshop facilitator for Nameless Sound, a music based Non-Profit, who's mission is to provide experimental musical experiences through performances, workshops, and abstract education. Workshops I lead are attended by school aged children ranging from pre-k to high school. It is my responsibility to exemplify musical understandings and maintain a safe space for the group to create, express, question, and play with musical instruments and ideas. Back end responsibilities include gathering qualitative data from sessions according to an assessment, to determine impact and use as a tool for adjusting curriculum. Meetings are regularly held between a team of facilitators and the organizations founder to introduce new tools, debrief, and strategize.

Assisted lead management and owners in day to day responsibilities such as logistics and inventories for orders, equipment and stock. Implemented policies for loss prevention, staff regulations, attendance, sales performance, and sales reporting.

As a freelance artist, I have many times had to advocate for myself, manage bookings, outreach, and media, and finances. Throughout my experience as a performing artist and producer, I acquired many skills of connecting people together, inserting myself into different communities or establishments, showing proof of technical adeptness to attain clients, gigs and ultimately, consistent pay. To much surprise, there is not a format for this career path and I have been extremely resilient in the face of challenges, constantly refiguring my approach until finding success. I attribute much of my career as a freelance artist to my ability to adjust at a moments notice and being helpful to others within my field. I am highly proficient in multiple digital audio softwares and musical practices, which has granted me high technical skills, uniquely fast at hot key commands, and also a well rounded feel for many cultures and the various ways that people communicate and relate to the world around them.
