Duties to include; taking orders from customers, dealing with general account queries, taking payments, arranging parcel collections and deliveries.I started with the role of order-line adviser, which I was then given the opportunity to become a customer service adviser. Proving to pick the job up promptly, I am now a web chat adviser, multi tasking on a daily basis. I deal with multiple customers on live chat and also emails, sometimes system diaries and other offline duties. I am also a people champion/ambassador, giving me the opportunity to build up my skills and get involved within the company and meet new people, which I thoroughly enjoy. I organize and run regular charity events for the site which keeps me on my feet with organization skills.

Duties to include; working within a £78 million turnover recruitment agency in the Construction Department placing various disciplines from Site Labourers – Site Managers. My role was to take bookings from previous, current or new clients for various disciplines taking a full job specification and description to fill the positions to the best of my abilities. This included setting up accounts, negotiating rates with clients and candidates, reference checking, verifying qualifications, setting up pay roll and ensuring people on assignments had all correct paperwork for their eligibility to work. Liaison with both clients and candidates to ensure they were fulfilling the requirements of the assignments.
