Her mind is equally analytical and creative, and she is energized by uniquely solving complex problems. Jade is known for her innate ability to bring order to chaos, and build the bricks and the building. Some of her most sacred values are integrity, learning, connection and development. She challenges those around her to dream big (with a plan!). Her heart is to bring restoration, health, joy and abundance to her communities through her life’s work and legacy. Outside of work, Jade loves collecting and creating art, consuming and playing music, and spending time with her dog, Malia. Her ambition is to be the second smartest person in the room, and you will always find her learning or trying something new!Jade earned degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. She also completed her Masters in User Experience and Human Computer Interaction from Drexel University. Prior to Material, Jade worked in CX, innovation, and supply chain at McMaster-Carr and M&A/technology at Accenture.
