The sole leader of operations within one of the Success Academy Charter Schools. Ensuring high levels of operational excellence by overseeing daily operations and managing a team of professionals to provide scholars with an unparalleled educational experience.

- Planning meetings with potential partners- Booking podcast guests- Booking speaking engagements - Pairing brands with the interests of the podcast for sponsorship of the planned trips- Assisting in the planning of events (Goddess Getaways, happy hours, live shows, etc.)

- Creating and maintaining contact lists (media lists, analytics logs, etc.) - Scheduling and providing logistical support for client meetings and events. - Supporting client account teams as needed. - Monitoring news cycles and flagging latest “pop culture moments”, competitor news, for clients. - Occasionally attending and supporting the execution of client events - Support administration of accounts including developing agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, client status reports, budget trackers, etc.

- Perform clerical duties within several units within the hospital such as:- Ordering office and medical supplies through HiTouch and Procurement Suite- Daily reporting on patient leads- Assisting in the daily flow of each unit, ranging from the liver transplant floor to multiple ICU's- Liaison between visiting community and medical staff- Maintaining order within each unit

- Interacting with clients and members of the media- Writing press releases and material- Covering television tapings & press days- Pitching & securing high level press opportunities for clients- Serve as the secondary contact for clients across national broadcast, print and digital media - Participate in an array of PR campaigns (music, film, television, food, branding, philanthropy, events, etc.)-brainstorm & develop media strategies

- Posting original content- Posted (shared) content and promotional content onto the Black Bride Instagram profile- Following social media calendar- Participated in social media campaign planning- Aided in the increase of following from 220K to 260K and raised engagement by about 45%
