My affinity for logic drove me to engineering and I worked hard to find scholarships for my Bachelorโs degree. I landed a job right out of school at Tata Technologies. I followed my mentorโs advice to look into high-demand skills in the employment market. I demonstrated my abilities and persuaded leadership to place me on a critical project. This was a huge turning point in my career. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ปNext, I moved to Deloitte where I was exposed to bigger opportunities in consulting, working with talented colleagues, and learning from supportive managers. After my first trip to the US as a project manager, I decided to move to Virginia. Iโve managed and delivered a vast portfolio of customer engagements across industries and geographies including projects for Eli Lilly, Deutsche Bank, and Amtrak. Iโve enabled new practice competencies, architected solutions to solve challenging business problems, and achieved revenue targets. Leading strategic planning and road mapping workshops for C-level executives has helped bring out my strengths. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐Over the past few years as a Delivery and Engagement Director at Salesforce, I have championed the deployment of MuleSoftโs Center for Enablement, Salesforce.comโs Center of Excellence, and overall Professional Services Delivery Excellence. I manage a portfolio of 30+ customers and projects, while managing $10M+ in revenue. I collaborated closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on customer success plans, strategic account planning, professional service positioning, and providing delivery oversight on strategic engagements.
