• Responsible for leading product development and enhancement for mobile Commerce Platform, TSM and HCE & Tokenization solutions. Service operation of mobile commerce platform and TSM for existing customers in US and Europe. • Working with Biz and delivery team to support product deployment and delivery project proposal with requirement/Gap analysis, High level solution design and effort estimation for all Business proposal, RFPs/RFIs related to mobile commerce platform, TSM and HCE & Tokenization solutions. • Deployed mCommerce platform for Semble and supported delivery team to provide branded Wallet solution supporting offers and membership card services. • Supported design, development and deployment of TWMP cloud-based Payment Phase I project in Taiwan with mobile Commerce Platform and HCE & Tokenization products, which become the largest cloud-based payment service in Taiwan using HCE & EMVco Tokenization and global payment schemes’ cloud-based payments technologies. • Leading design and development of MifareForMobile v2 technology

• As head of Global Product Engineering, Responsible for leading Product Architecture, development, deployment in US and Europe. Product and Service included Mobile Wallet, TSM Service Hub, HCE & Tokenization service, and SaaS based Mobile Commerce solution enabling both NFC and non-NFC based services supporting SE/HCE-based Payment, offer, membership/Loyalty, Gifting, Access and Transit ticketing. Managed solution architects and provide architectural direction to them to design and oversee implementation of product and solution of each project inline with business strategy. • Delivered GPM-based SP TSM solution to WireCard and led commercial launch of TSM Service for Vodafone SmartPass Service. Delegated Mode as NFC Service Deployment mode and BIP/CAT-TP were default configurations.• Delivered commercial launch of Vodafone Wallet service in Spain in Nov 2013 and continuing Rollouts to other OpCos (Germany, Italy, UK, Netherlands, Hungary and others). Designed the Wallet solution architecture supporting NFC and Non-NFC Services. • Delivered commercial launch of E-Plus Base wallet in Germany in July 2014 with Mobile NFC payment service issued by Wirecard, Coupon Service from Acardo/Gettings and membership Card Service from ADAC.• Delivered SaaS based mCommerce platform with SP TSM to AT&T for their Commerce Connect and NFC Connect service platform. Launched successful campus access pilot with Blackboard, which was based on Mifare4Mobile (M4M) v1 technology.• Delivered mCommerce Platform to Deutsch Telekom to enable Coupon service from their MyWallet and other enhancements and VASs have been adapting by MyWallet 2.0. • Launched M4M service-enabled TSM Service hub being hosted in Europe and providing Transermobile ticket service and TESA access card service for Vodafone Spain customers. • Led design and development of HCE/EMV Tokenization solution compliant with MCBP (MasterCard Cloud-based Payments) and VCBP(Visa Cloud-based Payments) specifications.

• Head of SW Engineering, responsible for Product development, delivery of All projects in US and Europe, testing and service operation. The scope of product development included TSM (Trusted Service manager), mobile payment, Mobile Wallet platform and mobile marketing platform. • As founding member of CorFire, built high performance engineering team including QA team with engineering resources in US and Korea. • Supported product and solution proposal with requirement/Gap analysis, High level solution design and effort estimation for all Business proposal, RFPs/RFIs. • Designed and led the implementation of TSM product including OTA Proxy as a TSA (TSM Service Agent) in the mobile device with provisioning and full service/SE/End user lifecycle management features. It supported a variety of Secure element form factors such as UICC, Embedded SE and MicroSD. • Contributed to the fist MasterCard GVCP (Global Vendor Certification Program) certification for TSM in North America • Delivered one of the largest commercial TSM deployments in North America with Google and FDC. It supported Mandate DAP verification to verify a load file data block, loading/installation/personalization of Google Wallet Wallet MIFARE Applets for Google Offers and POS redemption, and EMV Applets • Delivered commercial launch of Dunkin’ Donuts Mobile Wallet service supporting Payment and Gifting (SVA Card Purchase/top-up\ payment, mGifting, Store Locator and Social media). The Product enhancement features such as Coupon, Mobile Advertisement/Campaign, DD Perks Loyalty, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Visa Checkout have been implemented. • Performed analysis and design of GPM-based (GlobalPlatform System messaging specification for Mobile NFC Services) TSM Solution for NFC Service deployment and lifecycle management with NFC Ecosystem (SEI TSM, SP TSM, mobile application, NFC mobile handset and Secure element).

• Responsible for NFC USIM product development and relevant NFC USIM Management systems. Also developed Product Strategy and roadmap for NFC USIM products. • Led USIM Development team to design, implement and test NFC USIM products based on 3GPP, 3GPP2 and ETSI specifications. Implemented NAA applications such as SIM(GSM), UIM(CDMA), USIM(WCDMA), PISIM(Wibro) and ISIM(IMS), SAT/USAT/CAT Framework and OTA (RAM and RFM). • Designed HD (High Density) SIM software architecture with Java Card v3 technology (NG Java Card) and Real time OS, and led the implementation of HD-SIM supporting high-density NAND Flash (256M), High Speed Interface over USB (TCP/IP stack with USB Sub class EEM), Smart Card Web Server based on the OMA Specification, SIP instant Messenger, Multimedia Phonebook and personal Intelligent Agent. Successfully performed a HD-SIM and SCWS Application pilot project with SKT. • Delivered NFC Card management system to China Unicom, which supports Post issuance of Payment Applets such as PBOC v2.0 applet and Visa (q)VSDC for online/offline payment service. Also led implementation of PBOC v2.0 Applet certified

• Architected and developed online payment gateway (PG) solution supporting Credit Card, Debit Card (Dacom), ARS collection payment, VisaCash, SK Nemo/OK Cash bag. As one of the top 4 PG Service providers in Korea, TGCorp generated 25 million + in revenue in 2003. VisaCash is a smart card electronic cash provided by Visa and Nemo is a P2P money transfer system of SKT using virtual accounts from Banks. OK Cash bag is a point-based Loyalty service of SKT. • Delivered mobile wallet and mobile PG solution (real time transaction server and Back Office System) to SKT. • Led the Architecture and development of SKT’s MONETA Service, Chip-based mobile banking service as well as E-Commerce Services such as credit cards, membership, and e-Money through the MONETA Card, launched in 2002. This service had over one million subscribers and more than 470K Contactless POS terminals accepting mobile payment via RFID chips embedded in mobile phones. Design and implementation of Common Data manager (CDM), Chip Card Off card module(OCM) and Visa Base I financial messages based on ISO8583 standard specified by V.I.P(VisaNet Integrated Payment) for VisaCash integration. Supported both VSDC Full data option and VSDC early data option. • Led Design and implementation of 3D Secure MPI/ACS Solution certified by Visa (Verified by Visa), MasterCard (Secure Code) and JCB (JSecure). 3DSecure allows a cardholder to authenticate himself while making online payment and also allows transactions to be conducted in safety online, greatly reducing the risk of fraud and chargebacks. Provided 3D Secure MPI authentication service with 12 issuers in Korea and performed a Chipcard based authentication service pilot with SKT based on the Visa specification.

• Developed a civil appeal(petition) system of Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs (MOGAHA). • Developed a pure Java-based Cryptography library product compliant with Java Crypto Architecture(JCA) and Java Crypto Extension (JCE). Symmetric/Asymmetric Cipher, Message Digest, Signature, PKCS, ASN.1, X.509 and SSL.• As a development lead, led and developed a PKIX-based Certificate Authority (CA) Solution to verify the identity, issue digital certificates and maintain Certificate Revocation List (CRL).
