Responsible for the oversight of all Durango Area plants and operations including two sewing facilities, one industrial laundry, one finishing center and exportation area. At the same time, responsible for Production Planning in all Mexico locations and Security in all Mexico locations.

Responsible for managing and directing the activities of all personnel assigned to the group including the Project Management Office as well as Research and Development. The main role was the development of strategic studies as an aid to decision making and formulation of corporate strategy including feasibility studies, process improvement and diagnostic analysis, facitlity start ups, software deployment projects and other as needed.
